Returns
We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items:
Items marked as final sale
Opened grooming tools or hygiene products, for hygiene reasons
Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at clawset.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions on how and where to send your item back.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at clawset.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — you will not need to return a damaged item to receive a refund unless we request it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged in transit), we cover return shipping.
If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong item by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a [restocking fee/no restocking fee] may apply.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 10 hours of being placed, before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the standard return process instead.
